Bug: Distributable Forms Several Issues

If you try to create a new one (settings-distributable-new) sometimes it gives you an ‘end date required’ error but there is no end date option.

2-If you can get the distribution created, if you try to create a new submission it asks you if you want to filter by grade. Even if you pick a grade it still requires you to select individuals or pathway.

3-Find your distribution-Distributions-three dots-Submissions = everything is blank. Currently cannot figure out where the form is or how to submit it to anyone.
