Automatically Archive AOC Members Once End Term Date Has Passed

Can the system automatically archive AOC members after their end term date has passed? At the very least, it would be nice if the members whose end date have passed do not show up on our sign in sheets. Currently, every member is on the printed sign in sheet and it looks bad because people think a majority of the committee isn’t showing up. The customer expressed a need for students on the board to be automatically inactivated or deleted after graduation/term end specifically but this would apply to any member with an end term date.
