Automate creating a bug report if an unexpected error occurs in the application

Since we will now have API access to do this we can either automatically or add a Report Bug button in Jobready that would provide the following information.

• User who encountered the error

• Subdomain/School where this occurred

• Controller endpoint and/or HTTP request information

• HTTP response status code and error text

The user that encountered the error could also be added as an upvoter so they automatically get notified when the issue is resolved.
