Asset Management - Ability to assign asset items to a student/teacher/staff including check out and return procedures

Add the ability to track the usage and checkout process of asset items.

For example, for items such as laptops, cameras, chargers, and cases that students may use outside of class time, we envision the following workflow:

1. The student requests an item from the teacher.

2. The teacher scans the equipment out with a recorded date and time.

3. The student signs a user agreement.

4. Upon return by the specified due date, the equipment is inspected for damage and checked back into the system.
