Add a field for Concentration (ie, Automotive Technology, A.A.S) directly after Post Secondary Partner.

Change Course Name to Articulated Courses and make it a textarea.

Change Course Credits to Possible Credits

Change Description to Description/Terms

Add an option to select whether this is a State or Local agreement.
