Announcements - allow announcements to be created and viewed in the application

This could be announcements made from an admin to teachers/staff or from a teacher to students, etc. Anything from what’s for lunch today to weather delays or reminders about upcoming events. Once implemented, delivering these via a push notification to the mobile app would be hugely beneficial.

This could even be part of school safety initiatives for lockdowns, etc.
