Allow WBL Events to be cloned keeping all of the same participants

This would be very helpful for events that occur daily for the same group of students. For instance, tracking clinical hours for students. If there was a mechanism to clone an existing WBL event that allowed a coordinator/teacher to be able to just change the dates/times and name but retain all other information (minus attendance) that would be ideal.
