Allow WBL Coordinators to notify current students and alumni about a particular job listing

Feature Suggestions

To be most beneficial this should allow the message to be send to a group of current students and/or graduated students. This should also allow the message to be targeted by industry/class.

Add cluster/pathway filtering to dynamic student groups. Also allow graduated students to be added to dynamic student groups. Then you can simply use the communications mechanism.
