Is it possible to have an active/inactive flag instead of a delete? Then include an active/inactive slider for teachers and/or admin to see the inactive lists when necessary. Also, how would this appear for the graduated students? We'd still expect it to show up for those students who are associated with the graduation year. @Cameron Kolick

@Adam Dawson Only task lists that are assigned graduation years of active students show up in the drop-down list for task progress. Any task list that does not have a graduation year or only has grad years that don't have active students will be hidden by default. This will allow all historical data for graduated students to load properly but have old/unused task lists hidden from use. Does this satisfy your needs? Is there any other scenario we are not thinking of?

Same as unfinalizing. When it's unfinalized, it's not usable in the system. Since OAC approves changes to task lists, admins are the only ones who can finalize/unfinalize. We cannot let teachers do that.

We added the ability to retire a task list. This will hide it from teachers so they are not able to see the task list for grading anymore.
