Allow Tags to be assigned to WBL experiences so that they could later be filtered by them

It would be great if WBL experiences could be grouped together for reporting purposes. For instance, after using the application for 5 years, it can be difficult to pull all data from a single school year in the past (but it can be done using date filters). This would also be helpful for comparing one year to the next, etc. Using one or more tags to accomplish this would allow other things to be tracked as well.
