Allow students to upload a completed work log form that was done on paper

We are wondering if students can print their work logs to have the employer sign and then upload them to Jobready360? One of our employers is a city water department and they have emails that come through as malicious and cannot take the risk of having their system hacked so they would like to complete a paper copy.

    A few things need to happen here for this to be useful.

    • Add a button next to start form to download a blank copy of a form with the work log events they want to get approved attached. This will look like the e-signature copy but won’t have any data on it. They will have to select the events being approved.

    • Now that they downloaded it, change that button to say upload completed form. This will allow our system to know which events are related to the form being uploaded. They should also have the ability to cancel the current event selection so they can download a different set of events.

    • Technical aspect, set the is_approved to “4” signifying that it’s a student upload so that the coordinator can be alerted that they must approve the upload.
