Allow students to upload a completed work log form that was done on paper

We are wondering if students can print their work logs to have the employer sign and then upload them to Jobready360? One of our employers is a city water department and they have emails that come through as malicious and cannot take the risk of having their system hacked so they would like to complete a paper copy.
