Allow students to add comments about why they are interested in or a good fit for a WBL opportunity when expressing interest

Give the student a textbox to type why they are interested and how they feel that they are qualified for each opportunity that they express interest in.  This would be used in conjunction with whatever data is available for AI to generate a fit score.  In instances where we may not have a lot of data about the student, this would help with scoring and give the coordinator something to judge the fit.

Add another textbox to add general comments / notes that would be shown to the coordinator.  One use case for this is for the student to rank the opportunity but this could be used for anything else that should not get fed into the scoring algorithm.
