Allow students / teachers to be able to search the employer list for potential business partners to work with on WBL projects

Feature Suggestions

For instance a student or teacher should be able to search for employers that have agreed to participate in Informational Interviews, Job Shadows, Field Trips, Guest Speakers, etc. Ideally, it would also be useful to filter this list down by Industry, Career Cluster, or CTE Program (tags). Being able to narrow the search even further by nearby locations would be helpful as well.

Add tab where opportunities are shown to show employers for students. For teachers, we can default access to WBL observer and they will be able to see the employer list that we already have. We may need to add additional filters to fulfill this request.
