Allow student-based WBL Experiences to be created in bulk

Feature Suggestions

For WBL Types like Service Learning and SBE, it would be nice to add them for an entire class. If there are 50 students in a class and they will all be participating, it’s a lot of extra work to create them individually.

While we may have another approach to solve this for activity-based experiences like SBE/SL, it may still be nice to add experiences in bulk if you have multiple students working with the same employer. This would provide a stop-gap solution in the meantime as well.
