Refactor alerts to be logged and sent out as communications. See if we can send using the existing noreply instead of communication email in case they have a custom email and no MX records configured. Or only send from the old email if MX isn’t configured?

Triggers. Like employer hasn’t been active in 6 months. Student hasn’t logged in for 3 months. Teacher hasn’t entered grades for X time.
