Allow minor data corrections on signed forms without requiring re-signatures

Users need the ability to make small data corrections, such as updating a phone number, on forms that have already been signed without invalidating existing signatures and requiring all parties to re-sign. Currently, any change to a signed form template creates a new version, and signed forms remain on their original version, necessitating a full re-signing process for even minor edits.

    Hi Shelby. Unfortunately we cannot do this. Manipulating a signed form is against e-signature laws. It would be like tampering with information on a paper form after someone signed it. Essentially you could be changing the intent of the form without the person signing its consent. You can send back to signers for revision while the form is still in progress if your the signer but once it’s complete it’s against laws to manipulate that data.
