Allow metadata to be added to records (students, guardians, teachers, etc.) during SIS sync

If a metadata column was added to relevant tables, this data could be stored as a JSON object and used for reports and prefill options on forms. The data can be sent to us from Classlink, Clever, and SFTP so all clients could benefit from this.

Classlink sends this as “metadata”. Clever also allows custom fields to be added (https://support.clever.com/hc/s/articles/360035757332?language=en_US). We also already have a mechanism for adding additional data to student records vis SFTP using the additional_student_information.csv method. This could be expanded to offer the same functionallity for other records.
