Allow meetings with students and notes about their progress to be logged

Feature Suggestions

This could be incorporated into the existing communications log and the upcoming career planning component. For instance some schools my have a goal set to meet with students 3 times each year to discuss career goals. This would help with tracking this.

    There is another feedback item that has a bug that will fix this but it is completed just not working.
