Allow information about an event to be prefilled on forms

For instance, if you have a field trip permission form, it would be nice to have information about the event filled out on the form so the WBL coordinator doesn’t have to submit forms individually to enter that information. Examples of this information are the following:

• Event/Activity name

• Event location name

• Event location address

• Event date

• Event start time

• Event end time

• School location leaving from

• Departure date/time

• Return date/time

• Chaperones
