Allow hours earned to be specified for WBL events

The hours students get credit for may differ from the hours of the event, especially if it spans multiple days. For instance, students may attend a SkillsUSA competition that is a 2-day event but they shouldn’t get credit for the hours they are sleeping. Even for single day events, there may be travel time or lunch, etc. that should not get factored in. If a text field was added to override the calculated hours, this would be ideal.
