Allow for Admin/Regional logos in the application

Show the logo on the login page and maybe in the footer of the navigation menu?

    The way this should work is that the hub-tenant should be able to set their logo and any tenants that have that hub-tenant as a parent should use that logo somewhere in the app. No idea where, but we need the hub-tenant configured first.
