You can now edit a form template and add CC recipients in the same way that you set up signers of a form. When submitting the form, it will ask you to choose your CC recipients in the same way that you select the appropriate signers.

I need to be able to remove or add a signer to a form or have the ability to be able to use a form as a notification tool that would alert individuals of a change(i.e. Start Date Notification form). Currently the Start Date Notification form gets hung-up with a signer and then =never makes it’s way to attendance.

Add an option to template to “turn on cc during submission”. When submitting, allow the users to select ccs for that specific submission.

As it is now, usage is limited. For instance, it would be nice if you could choose WBL Coordinator or Teacher as an option and it would be calculated based on the experience instead of always set to a specific email address.
