Allow blank forms to be prefilled for printing

When I choose to see a blank form when looking at a particular student, I’m assuming it is pointing to the general blank form but since I am looking under a student’s name is there a way to have their name, school, employer already filled out? For those employers who wouldn’t want to do email, this would be the option and it would save a coordinator the time to fill it out.
