Allow appointments to be created on the calendar and share it with one or more users

It would be nice to allow users to create appointments that are shared with multiple users. For instance a WBL coordinator could create an event for a site visit with a student an employer. In this example, the employer would receive a notification email with the option to accept or decline the invitation. Another example would be a counselor creating a meeting to discuss a student’s progress with the student, teacher, and special education coordinator. It would be nice if this event would show up on all user’s calendars.
