Allow administrators and WBL Coordinators to fix invalid work log entries for students from the datatable view

Often times, there are issues with the work log entries students submit. WBL Coordinators should be able to edit and/or delete invalid records. Even if an entry was already approved, it is more important that the hours reported at the end of the year are accurate. If an entry is edited, maybe reset the approval status and require is to be re-approved.
