Allow a WBL experience to be cloned with an option to include enrollment forms from the previous experience

It would be helpful if there was a Clone option to create a new WBL experience that had all of the same settings as the original and if an option is chosen to do so, include the enrollment forms from the previous experience. The main benefit of doing so would be to reset the pay stub / work log counters and to create another record for reporting purposes.
