Allow a Sign-In Sheet to be generated for Advisory Board members to sign indicating that they attended a meeting

In addition to allowing a teacher/admin to be able to mark advisory board members as present/absent/excused, there should also be an option to print a Sign-In Sheet with the names of all members listed. This would allow physical signatures to be captured. Additionally, if you print this for a meeting where attendance was already recorded using the existing method, this would show who was in attendance. In either case, the Sign-in sheet could be used as evidence for audits that require this.
