Allow a planned work schedule to be assigned to WBL experiences

This would be useful for tracking attendance and planning purposes. For instance, If students plan to work M, W, F, from 5-8:00 PM, this could be documented somewhere.

This should be used to auto-schedule work logs a week in advance and therefor send reminders to students to clock in/out.

This could also be used as form prefill options for a training plan/agreement.
