Allow a form field to be assigned a value based on other criteria such as the current date

On evaluation forms, there are often due date or marking period fields. Currently, the WBL coordinator has to fill those out and it makes bulk form submissions less useful. If there was a way to either check the appropriate checkbox (Q1-Q4) based on the date of submission or generate a due date (x days after submission date), that would eliminate the need for the coordinator to fill out these fields.
