Allow a buffer to be set when comparing work logs and pay stub hours

Is there any consideration to having the Work Log and Pay Stub matching have a buffer. For instance, the work log has 12.25 hours but the paystub recorded 12.5. This causes a red flag. It may not be a big deal but the flag seems as if something is wrong and the work log and paystub can alter due to extra work time or having to call in sick.
