Advisory Boards - There is currently no way to see if invites were sent successfully or manage them

We should show the email failure icon, and create a log of all interactions with the meeting invitation message (RSVP’d yes/no, viewed agenda, etc.). This should also allow Advisory Board admins to send reminders.
