Advisory Boards - text entered in the meeting details for Additional Information is not being formatted properly

Currently, spacing and line breaks are being ignored and causing some messages to be unreadable. To improve this, we should use a WYSIWYG editor and send formatted HTML to the email template. This would give schools more control over formatting of their custom messages.
