Advisory Boards 'New' button causes blurry screen/unresponsive UI

When clicking 'New' in 'Advisory Boards', the screen goes blurry and becomes unresponsive. Troubleshooting (Incognito, Clear Cache) did not work. User: Tom Thompson (tthompson@cmths.org).
