In this example, the form template name is “Blank” which makes the wording a bit misleading but you’re now able to view submissions and submit new forms from the notes list when creating meeting minutes.

Currently, you can submit forms from the agenda. Unfortunately, we need to prioritize issues that don’t have work arounds.
