Advisory Boards - Make member types customizable and/or add additional options.

It would be nice to change the names of some of the member types and to add or remove options. At a minimum, parent/guardian and school personnel should be added to the existing static list of options.

If the ability to create your own member types is added, it would also be nice to use the existing options as the default options to pick from.
