Advisory Boards - Create a Membership Roster report that looks similar to the Sign In Sheet for the purpose of approving and viewing members

Currently, the Sign-In Sheet is only accessible if a meeting is created. Creating this as a separate PDF Report will allow the current member list to be printed at any time. Instead of the Signature/Attendance column, add current membership status so this can be used for board approval.
