Advisory Boards - All Documents - It would be nice to somehow show what documents are required for upload

For instance some could be optional or generic, but others may be required and specific. Perhaps add an option in the Agenda Template for which are required.

The issue is that currently, teachers are confused about what is required of them and are not uploading the correct information that is really needed.
