For instance, an admin should be able to select Spring 2026 Advisory Committee meetings and then generate a report. The report should start with stats about the status of meetings (ie. 20/25 meeting minutes complete, 15/25 administrative responses, average attendance rates, etc.). Then for each of the completed meeting minutes, AI should analyze the content and provide summaries for each agenda item.
