Advisory Boards - add a way to import advisory board members that already exist as employer contacts

Since you can now link an employer contact to an advisory board member record, we now need a way to import these in bulk. The challenge is how to identify this linkage. Internally, this is done using the employer contact ID, but this is not currently visible to the end user.
