sorry. was literally working on instructions for my staff to set up the meeting so jumped right on it when I saw the email. Wasn’t sure if I needed to request it or something. I see it there now. Thanks.

Features marked as completed here typically still need time to deploy to the environment. It was added as a field for advisory board activities and it was added to the email template that gets sent out to invitees.

hmmm - maybe it’s too soon to see it but I just tried to create a meeting and did not see a meeting link field when creating a new meeting…
also agree with the comment that it should be included in the email template. As a work around I tried to put it in address line 2 which also does not show in the email template. We added the meeting link as an agenda item but its a long way from the email to find it…

As an easy work around while we schedule this bug and get it resolved, put https:// in front of meet.google.com.

Unfortunately, the remote link does not transcribe correctly into the email It links “https://bptech.jobreadywbl.com/AdvisoryBoard/meet.google.com/oit-qdpo-ovn” instead of just starting with meet.google.com…
