How about a button for “Bulk Email Invitations” that allows you to select which meetings to send invites out to? Even adding “Send” invitations to the … menu for each meeting would cut the number of clicks to email in half…

After adding those in bulk, there is no way to determine which ones were part of the batch that you just added. Therefore it’s not possible for us to determine which ones are supposed to be triggered to send the emails.
We could possibly make a button to send invites for all that haven’t been sent yet but you’ll run the risk of sending invites for meetings that haven’t been finalized yet.

Any way we can reduce the number of clicks to get the invitations out - by selecting which boards to email at once or making "Send Invitation to the ... menu

I guess maybe we should take a step back and get the full use case for this feature to be implemented. Nearly all of the schools using advisory boards have individual teachers managing and running the advisory boards for their classes. The teachers are in charge of making sure the invitations go out. In that instance, the teachers have 2 extra clicks. Is there a reason you're sending the invitations out on behalf of all of your teachers?
By having the teachers do this we're ensuring that the agenda is fully ready to be sent to the members of the activity.

Our fall meetings occur on one night after a banquet style meal, so my office needs RSVPs to the dinner. To prevent the real issues you describe about incomplete agendas, I can use the "message" feature to send an email to members to RSVP for the dinner. So, I change my request to reducing the number of clicks to get to the message feature. Adding "message" to the ... menu on Advisory Boards would eliminate one. But what would be really nice is to have a "message" option on the Advisory Boards main screen and to be able to select one board, multiple boards or all active members for a message. This could be a feature for Advisory Board super users only.
