Advisory Board Members are pulling into the Meeting from wrong Advisory Board

I created an Advisory Meeting and selected the a Advisory Board with one member for testing purposes and practice using the module. The correct single member appears in the Attendees list but when in the meeting (Start Meeting from the action button) a different list of advisory board members appear. See the screenshots provided.

It appears to be adding advisory members from unrelated advisory boards instead of only adding all members from the selected advisory board.
