Hide RSVP column after a meeting is started

These two areas need to be separated for easier navigation. It is confusing when entering attendance because it looks like the RSVP is recording the attendance. Maybe a separate section that opens to record attendance or possibly hide the RSVPs when the meeting starts so it’s not so congested and confusing.
