Have an agenda item type of "Previous meeting" where you select it from a drop down so we can auto attach it.

Although this is a very good suggestion, this will be put back into a pending status because you can currently download the previous meeting minutes and attach them as a document to the next meeting’s agenda. This will be explored at some point.
