Advisory Board - allow option for minutes submission upload
Allow the option to mark whether we want the minutes to be submitted via the system or via upload. If mark via system, the blue upload meeting minutes button should disappear or become inactive.

Unfortunately, this is a process issue. You will need to instruct users to use the forms and not use the upload button. There are too many schools that rely on both of those options being available to redact it.
