The values should be Nominee, Renewal, Approved, Inactive/Expired. Every year, the members need to be approved. New members should default to Nominee until approved for the first time.
Currently, the Sign-In Sheet is only accessible if a meeting is created. Creating this as a separate PDF Report will allow the current member list to be printed at any time. Instead of the Signature/Attendance column, add current membership status so this can be used for board approval.
