I need the semester and school year added to CTSo/Clubs inputs and reports. I also need them filtered by school year.

    Let’s add a start and end date to the student membership record. This should be reportable by that date range. Membership count should honor those dates. This should also show on the career plan summary. Allow end date to be optional.
