Add the option to upload a timecard for worklog approval, similar to paystubs

We are finding it challenging for kids to enter info, employers to sign off, and teachers to sign off. The kids are already using a platform at their place of work to record their hours. They have to sign in and out. So, it seems like it would be easier for them if they could snapshot their recorded hours and upload it to the schedule feature with an opportunity to still add their journal entry.
