If there is small text on a submission, the signer has no way of reading it. If they use a web browser’s zoom feature, the text gets too blurry to read.
We changed the way the meeting minutes table renders. It will now have discussion and actions taken stacked instead of side-by-side so that the column has more room preventing the text from shrinking as much. This is not a retroactive fix so all of the meeting minutes that are already submitted for signature will not have this change. If you’d like those to be re-rendered, you must cancel the form and resubmit it.
This is the best we can be. We use a third party plugin to render PDF files and it has to scale text down if it needs room to fit it onto the PDF since there cannot be overflow in a PDF file. I believe that it’s shrinking so much because of the table in one of the discussion areas having so much text in it but I’m not completely positive.
