Add the ability to show a student's work schedule on the WBL dashboard

Under the WBL column where you have the students photo, name, and company name, would it be possible to have a tiny user defined "text box" where I would be able to list the work days such as (Mon, Wed, Fri).  Currently, I need to open up the training plan for each student to see what day they work as they are all over the place as far as work days.  It would help being able to plan my site visits each day.
